Graduation Open House Invitations
I designed the following graduation open house invitations for one of my mom's co-workers. I vectored the trojan, which turned out rather nicely. I have the personal information blurred out for privacy purposes. The typeface I used was Bergamo SmallCaps, which is one of my favorite fonts for invitations. I think it has an elegance to it, without being overwhelming.

Baby Shower Thank Yous
Showers. I enjoy them. I like baby showers and bridal showers. I like parties that have themes. Maybe that's why I like showers so much. :)
A friend asked me to design some thank you cards for a baby shower. Perfect! She sent me a picture of a quilt that the parents-to-be have registered for, which is what the designed is based off of. 30 cards of each design.
Thanks for thinking of me Katie! :)

Crib Notes - Babysitter Magnet
Congratulations to Natalie and Derek on the birth of their beautiful baby boy. What a blessing! As a little "congratulations" gift, I'm sending them this set of magnets for their refrigerator. They both have been laminated, and will act as dry erase boards.

First Friday Breakfast Conference

Each month, two of my friends and I meet before work for breakfast on Friday morning. We catch up on our lives, share funny stories and enjoy an egg sandwich. We typically meet on the first Friday of each month. Sometimes we have to reschedule due to schedule conflicts, but we generally plan on a "First Friday Breakfast Conference". I would highly recommend adopting a similar plan. It's such a great way to end a long work week, starting off your day with laughs from dear friends. Is there a better way to end your week?

Baby Announcement
Our friends had a baby last month. A healthy beautiful baby boy. It's been an exciting experience to journey with them through the pregnancy. They asked me to design the birth announcement, which they sent out with their Christmas card. It was an honor.

I also designed the following card, which I sent them when they first announced they were pregnant. I used the vectored baby image on different materials throughout the pregnancy. The baby was kind of their "pregnancy logo". You know you're pretty cool if you have a logo for your unborn baby. :)
